great feature perfect location
i stayed there five nights and the location was perfect. the train station proximity made travel easy. the guest lounge offered matcha lattes and coffee, it was a great plus.
the room i got had not much view. it faced inside.

wide variety convenient location
I found the breakfast at the hotel excellent. They had a wide variety of Western and Japanese choices (I especially liked the fresh fruit). The location was really good, just across from the station. There was also a Family Mart in the same block, very convenient.

insufficient machines wasted time
the hotel looks fancy, but the washing machine situation was bad. there are just not enough machines for the number of rooms. i spend many hours waiting to wash my clothes and it wasted my time. this is especially annoying because i was on vacation.

The hotel offered an excellent breakfast buffet with western and japanese dishes. i was also impressed by the high-quality toiletries provided. They even included men's specific items. the food was AMAZING!!!

train station sitting room bella robot
the hotel is right next to the train station, a great help. i appreciated the guest sitting room. complimentary coffee and matcha were always available. my kids were thrilled with the bella robot.
the room was smaller than i expected. i had a superior room, but i still needed to keep my suitcases closed. there was no storage space available.
